Chief Executive Officer
Naveen Reddy is AHEAD's, Chief Executive Officer. Naveen is also an assistant city auditor for the City of Boston and brings us critical experience in education business strategy and innovation approaches. Naveen is a multifaceted, strategic thinker with the vision to help us create new kinds of programs, and a leader in business process transformation with a fluent understanding of many enterprise-wide applications throughout the lifecycle--from design, configuration, development, integration, testing, large-scale deployment, and product support. He has a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Northeastern University.
Chief Strategy Officer
Bethany Kalliel is AHEAD’s Chief Strategy Officer. Bethany is also the CEO of InStock Analytics, an analytics consulting firm that leverages retail store data to influence inventory and layout decisions. Bethany is a strategic thinker that is focused on expanding and further developing AHEAD’s programs. An engineer by trade, her expertise in data analysis and process improvement contribute to her vision of AHEAD’s growth. She has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northeastern University and a Master of Science in Data Analytics Engineering from Northeastern University.
Dr. Sagar Kamarthi
Founder, Board Member & Instructor
Dr. Sagar Kamarthi is AHEAD's founder and board member. Sagar is also the professor of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and the founding Director of Data Analytics Engineering Program at Northeastern University. He was an invited panel speaker on the topic of “Data Driven Instruction” at the National Academy of Engineering's Frontiers of Engineering Education (FOEE) Symposium. His current research interests are machine learning, smart manufacturing, personalized medicine, and personalized learning. He has been in the field of education for over 25 years. He received several research and education grants from the National Science Foundation and other federal agencies. He has a Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
