Naveen Reddy is AHEAD's, Chief Executive Officer. Naveen is also an assistant city auditor for the City of Boston and brings us critical experience in education business strategy and innovation approaches. Naveen is a multifaceted, strategic thinker with the vision to help us create new kinds of programs, and a leader in business process transformation with a fluent understanding of many enterprise-wide applications throughout the lifecycle--from design, configuration, development, integration, testing, large-scale deployment, and product support. He has a Masters of Business Administration and a Masters of Science in Information Systems from Northeastern University.

Satwik Kamarthi is a founding member of the AHEAD team. Currently he is a Masters student at Northeastern University pursuing a MS degree in Artificial Intelligence. He graduated from Northeastern in May 2021 with a BS in Computer Engineering and Computer Science and an MS in Engineering Management. He is passionate about Data Analytics. He has worked on the Data Analytics team at the Boston Red Sox and on the Data Engineering team at the Rue Gilt Groupe. He brings to the team his expertise in data analytics and public relations.
